With blue scattering light, metal wiring area cancels out and only the soldering ball area can be captured in white colour. 

 Direct lighting enables to clearly capture both printed and lead areas of an electronic part.

Indirect lighting cancels printed area almost completely and visualizes a nick on the surface.
